Pay Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and appearance of our residential community. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent service for residents.
