Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material.
  • Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 yearly. (Based on experience)
