Job description

Industrial Electrician

Location: Union Grove, WI
Pay: $29.00–$36.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

CIFA North America is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team in Union Grove, WI.

This position focuses on the electrical installation, wiring, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and integration of pump and chassis systems used in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on industrial electrical experience and is comfortable installing and routing wiring, terminating electrical connections, installing sensors and switches, troubleshooting electrical systems, reading schematics, and working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical wiring for pump and chassis integration

• Install sensors, switches, control components, and other electrical components

• Assemble and integrate electrical systems and components according to engineering specifications and technical documentation

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and engineering documentation

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, circuits, components, and equipment

• Use multimeters and other electrical test equipment to test and troubleshoot electrical systems

• Inspect and test newly installed electrical equipment to ensure proper operation and functionality

• Adjust, modify, and repair electrical components and circuitry as needed

• Provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing when identifying design, assembly, wiring, or component issues to support product improvements

• Assist with electrical system improvements and modifications to improve reliability, performance, and functionality

• Maintain accurate records of testing, repairs, adjustments, and equipment performance

• Follow all company safety procedures and electrical safety practices

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Perform other manufacturing and electrical-related duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electrical, electrical maintenance, or electrical equipment repair

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associate degree or technical training in Electrical Technology, Industrial Electrical, or a related field preferred

• Strong understanding of electrical circuitry and industrial electrical systems

• Hands-on experience installing, routing, terminating, and troubleshooting electrical wiring

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems using schematics, meters, and other electrical test equipment

• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation

• Knowledge of PLC controllers, electronic control modules, and CAN Bus systems preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and safety

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and other technical teams
