What You'll Do

As a Lead Residential Electrician, you'll work directly with homeowners to diagnose problems, provide expert recommendations, and deliver high-quality electrical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting electrical issues
• Explaining repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally
• Helping homeowners improve the safety, reliability, efficiency, and convenience of their electrical systems
• Performing high-quality electrical repairs and installations
• Building lasting customer relationships through honesty and exceptional service

Typical Projects

• EV charger installations

What We're Looking For

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 4+ years of electrical experience
• Residential service experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience presenting repair and upgrade options to homeowners
• Customer-facing service experience
• Experience mentoring apprentices

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$35 per hour (DOE)
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (DOE)
