Overview
We are a residential construction company looking for a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper that will be reliable and has a strong work ethic. In this role you will assist with various tasks on job sites ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Resposabilities:

  • Assist in tasks such as demo, set up, drywall, flooring, painting, and small plumbing and electrical work.
  • Clean work areas during the day and at the end of the day.
  • Help with loading and unloading materials and tools from trucks.
  • Help in rough and finish carpentry.
  • Assist in the installation of kitchen and bathroom fixtures, cabinets, drywall, and appliances.
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
