We are currently looking for Night and Full-Time Weekend Shift Electrical Helpers.
Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 8pm - 630am
Weekend: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm
What you will experience in this position:
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble products and parts
  • Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths
  • Clean and maintain production equipment, machinery, and work areas
  • Complete assigned work in an organized, timely manner, meeting or exceeding schedule expectations
  • Maintain productivity and complete tasks with minimal errors
  • Report to work on time and promptly communicate schedule changes to your supervisor
  • Apply your knowledge, skills, and abilities to support team and production goals

You have:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Less than one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic understanding of operational processes and procedures
  • Ability to work within clearly defined standard operating procedures and adhere to quality guidelines under close supervision
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping, handling tools, and repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined or tight spaces, and around moving machinery
  • Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor environments, including noise, dust, heat, and cold
