As an Electrical Helper at our Pittsburg, KS facility,you will support electrical assembly operations byassistingwith the installation and preparation of components,maintainingequipment, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6 am - 430 pm

Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 8 pm - 630 am

Weekend (Full Time): Friday - Sunday 6 am - 6 pm

WHATYOU WILLEXPERIENCEIN THIS POSITION:

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to support the assembly of electrical components and products.

  • Clean parts using proper materials, tools, and safety practices.

  • Maintain production equipment, machinery, and work areas to support efficient operations.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines under supervision.

  • Support team productivity goals by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.

  • Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

YOU HAVE:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; no formal educationrequired.

  • Less than 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of training and education.

  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.

  • Reliability with strong attendance and ability to meet productivity expectations.

  • Team members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity and grip.

  • Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs.

  • This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs.frequently, and 10 lbs. consistently.

  • Employees must be able to effectively communicate, hear, and visually assess work to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.
