As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact product transfer capital projects across our operational sites. This is a remote position.

We're looking for a driven and collaborative professional to take ownership of capital engineering projects across multiple sites-delivering innovation, safety, and performance improvements across a busy operational function.

Principal Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Senior Program Manager for end-to-end project delivery, from concept and design through to commissioning
* Providing mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to support operational performance and improvements
* Managing project budgets, timelines and resources, ensuring investments deliver expected outcomes
* Partnering closely with operational teams to deliver practical, value-driven engineering solutions
* Deliver projects safely, promoting a zero harm / zero incident culture
* Provide expert mechanical and electrical engineering support across capital projects
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors and site teams
* Apply value engineering and best practice to optimize project outcomes
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements
* Ensure compliance with all engineering, HSE, and CDM regulations
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations
* Interpret and challenge technical designs, drawings and specifications (CAD)
Required Skills:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
โ€ข 3+ years of related experience required
Skills You Bring:
* Strong operational engineering/project experience within an industrial environment or heavy industry, manufacturing, aggregates, asphalt, concrete or similar
* Qualifications in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering (Degree or equivalent experience)
* Proven project management experience including budgeting and delivery
* Ability to help develop scope, estimate and deliver complex projects
* Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams in a multi-site environment
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
* High levels of resilience, adaptability and self-awareness
Travel Requirements: Up to 20% of Travel is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $81,675.00 - $136,125.00 USD per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
