Title: Electrical Engineering Manager (Facility Electrical Systems)

Ideal Start Date: 8/3

Duration: Direct-hire Permanent or Temp-to-hire (Both options available)

Work Schedule: M-F, 7am-4pm

Project Details:

Seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager (Ideally with EasyPower tool experience). You will be responsible for ongoing operations, as well as working on the design, construction, and startup an electrical system in support of our wafer fabrication facility. Additionally, you will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure continuous improvements to our facilities electrical systems and ensure regulatory compliance with all city state, and federal guidelines.

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
  • 8 10+ years of experience as a Field Electrical Engineer, Systems Electrical Engineer, or Electrical Manager within the semiconductor or related industry.
  • Experience managing and supporting facility electrical systems in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading engineers, technicians, contractors, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience supporting electrical system design, construction, startup, and ongoing operations.
  • Experience writing/reviewing operating procedures and multi-discipline scopes of work.
  • Ability to develop and oversee training programs.
  • Strong understanding of electrical system reliability, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
  • English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.

Pluses

  • Master s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
  • 10+ years managing medium-to-large electrical projects and high/medium/low voltage systems.
  • 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
  • Experience implementing cost reduction and electrical infrastructure improvement initiatives.
