Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking a Process Engineer Intern to support equipment programming and equipment qualification activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on experience working with engineering teams on process development, equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and manufacturing support. The intern will contribute to real-world engineering projects focused on equipment commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Programming Support

Assist with programming, setup, or configuration of process equipment
Support program adjustments and verification during equipment prove-out
Translate engineering requirements into machine or process parameters

Equipment Qualification & Validation

Support execution of IQ/OQ/PQ activities
Assist with data collection, test execution, and documentation
Support development of validation protocols and reports

Process & Manufacturing Support

Assist with process development and continuous improvement initiatives
Support validation runs and equipment testing
Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and update validation protocols, reports, and work instructions
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams
Participate in meetings and communicate project updates

Job Requirements:

Minimum QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related) completed within the last 12 months or currently in progress

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

Ability to read engineering drawings and basic GD&T
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
