The Effectors Center in the Systems Engineering and Test Capability is seeking Systems Engineers focused on Lab Integration, Platform Integration, and/or Flight Test at NAWS China Lake. In this role, you will be supporting the effective completion of test events and the associated analysis of test data. What You Will Do * You must be able to provide technical results for a wide range of difficult problems
* Work will be performed under general direction, and you must be able to independently determine and develop solutions
* This is a demanding, hands-on, lab and direct flight test support position. There are some non-standard and extended hours under potentially extreme conditions
* This position requires up to 30% travel
* Work will be done mostly domestically but could include some international sites
* Responsibilities also include flight line missile and equipment preparation, flight test planning, implementation, and data review of both captive carry and live fire testing
* Use of COMSEC equipment, AIS computers, and telemetry equipment is required
* You will maintain and reconfigure munitions, monitor weapon telemetry in a control room environment, perform flight line operations and communicate with both internal and external customers daily
* This position requires you to work on site. No remote work available Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and minimum of Five (5) years of experience in a test environment with emphasis in test planning and/or implementation. Relevant experience includes four (4) or more of the following areas: * Hardware Systems Integration experience
* Platform Integration/Flight Test experience
* Experience supporting field tests
* Telemetry Analysis experience
* Experience evaluating requirements
* Experience with troubleshooting and failure process
* Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment
* Experience with Verification and Validation methods
* Must be capable of lifting at least 25 lbs. and performing work in an industrial environment Qualifications We Prefer * Active an existing DoD security Clearance Strongly preferred
* A minimum of five years of relevant electronic, computer or mechanical experience
* Intermediate engineering skills, experience with laboratory test equipment, electronics and software preferred

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
