The Opportunity

In this role you will:ย 

  • Analyse external contractor bids to ensure client value for moneyย 
  • Create estimates and cost plans for key client developmentsย 
  • Evaluate cost plans and project scopes to assess and address gapsย 
  • Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimatesย 
  • Optimize project costs against budget, including cost reviews, value engineering, and accurate estimates to increase client valueย 
  • Provide estimating expertise and leadership throughout the design and construction stages of the projectsย 
  • Build trust and credibility with partners across the business, from 3rd parties to client specialists to contractors and consultantsย 
  • Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communicationย

The salary range for this role is between $82,000 and $130,000 but actual salary is dependent on skill set, education and experienceย
