**Summary

**As a Senior Electrical Engineer You Will:

**

  • Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for modular infrastructure including data center modules, utility skids, telecommunications shelters, fiber distribution systems, and integrated assemblies.

  • Perform electrical load calculations, feeder and branch circuit sizing, voltage drop analysis, conduit and cable routing, and equipment selection.

  • Develop and review one-line diagrams, panel schedules, wiring schematics, termination details, and electrical documentation.

  • Specify electrical equipment including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, breakers, panelboards, sensors, and control devices.

  • Design and integrate fire detection, gas detection, communication, and ventilation control systems.

  • Collaborate with drafting teams to produce accurate engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and design revisions.

  • Support manufacturing with wiring, troubleshooting, factory testing, commissioning, and technical support.

  • Ensure all designs comply with NEC, NFPA, UL requirements, customer specifications, and internal engineering standards.

  • Lead design reviews, hazard assessments, manufacturability evaluations, and resolution of technical issues.

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on calculations, modeling, and electrical system design.

  • Partner with engineering, operations, quality, and project management teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and engineering process enhancements.

**Qualifications

**

  • 6–10+ years of electrical engineering experience in modular manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, utility, telecommunications, or data center environments.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, grounding, feeders, and branch circuits.

  • Experience performing conductor sizing, conduit fill calculations, voltage drop analysis, and equipment selection.

  • Thorough understanding of NEC, NFPA, UL requirements, and electrical code compliance.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, factory testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.

  • Experience with PLC/BAS systems and communication cabling preferred.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • PE License, PMP, or Master's degree preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field required.

  • Master's degree, Professional Engineer (PE) License, or PMP certification preferred.
