Job Details

Our construction firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our projects by providing accurate cost estimation and managing various electrical projects from conception to completion. This position will require a deep understanding of electrical systems in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project managing, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects, including design, planning, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Prepare detailed project cost estimates and proposals, utilizing expertise in electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met and potential issues are anticipated and addressed.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring that work is on schedule and within budget, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, negotiating contracts to achieve the best possible terms.
  • Provide regular reports on project status to senior management.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical systems and construction management.
