Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Hilton Garden Inn is looking for a reliable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Engineer to help keep our hotel well-maintained and running smoothly for our guests and team members. This is a good fit for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, friendly, and comfortable handling a variety of building maintenance tasks.

Hotel maintenance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong general maintenance skills and a willingness to learn. We offer weekly pay, benefits, Hilton travel discounts, tools provided, and the opportunity to work at a clean, well-maintained Hilton-branded hotel.

Responsibilities

· Complete guest room and hotel maintenance work orders

· Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs

· Handle minor plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and general building repairs

· Perform preventive maintenance throughout the hotel

· Assist with landscaping and exterior property upkeep

· Maintain pool/spa areas; training will be provided

· Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for hotel guests

Qualifications

· General maintenance, repair, mechanical, construction, or facilities experience preferred

· Hotel specific maintenance experience preferred, but not required

· Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and general repairs preferred
