IMEG is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Las Vegas, NV to provide administrative support for assigned engineering teams and complete day-to-day administrative tasks. This role also demonstrates proficiency in using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates.

In this role, you will support team operations while working within the team's monetary budget and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. You will also support a team serving hospitality and MEP projects, with additional work tied to healthcare-focused renovations and tenant improvements.

Follow and promote IMEG standards.

Assist the assigned team and support other teams as needed.
