You’ll apply your technical expertise to support both day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure planning.* Design, evaluate, and maintain electrical systems including power distribution, backup power, and control systems* Lead and support preventative and corrective maintenance efforts for critical electrical infrastructure* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital projects, system upgrades, and operational improvements* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal policies* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and maintenance procedures* Provide engineering support for root cause analysis, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives* Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance performance and efficiency**What You’ll Bring:*** **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field* **Preferred:** 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE certification* Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA 70E)* Experience with power systems, including low and medium voltage distribution, UPS systems, and generators* Proficiency in engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, or similar)* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and reliability* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams* A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement#LI-RS1 We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
