Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused Sales Engineer to accelerate Industrial Scientific's growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This is far more than a traditional sales role. You will become a trusted advisor to some of Saudi Arabia's largest industrial organizations while helping expand our market presence, strengthen our distributor network, introduce innovative technologies, and support the Kingdom's Vision 2030 industrial transformation.
You will lead commercial growth across our portable gas detection portfolio while driving adoption of our expanding environmental monitoring solutions through Aeroqual. Working closely with our Country Manager, channel partners, and regional teams, you will help develop new markets, create strategic customer relationships, and identify opportunities that shape the future of Industrial Scientific in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth across Industrial Scientific's complete safety solutions portfolio.
  • Expand Industrial Scientific's installed base throughout Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop strategic relationships with end users across oil & gas, petrochemicals, utilities, mining, manufacturing, infrastructure, environmental, and government sectors.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop long-term account growth strategies.
  • Aeroqual Growth
  • Lead the commercial expansion of Aeroqual's environmental monitoring solutions.
  • Develop opportunities in ambient air quality, fence-line monitoring, industrial emissions, environmental compliance, and smart cities.
  • Support successful adoption of new environmental technologies.
  • Geographic Expansion
  • Accelerate Industrial Scientific's presence across Saudi Arabia with particular focus on the Western Region.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, workshops, and business development activities.
  • Channel Partner Development
  • Strengthen and expand the distributor network.
  • Provide technical training, joint customer visits, business planning, and sales coaching.
  • Build collaborative partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
  • Technical Sales Leadership
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops.
