Role: Lead Electrical Engineer
Location: Issaquah, WA (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive the design and development of medical products within our R&D team. The role involves managing projects, leading electrical/electronic design, and ensuring compliance with medical device regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design, PCB & cable development, and electronic packaging.
  • Manage projects, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, verification/validation, DFMEA/PFMEA, and ECO releases.
  • Support testing, EOL activities, and design documentation.

Requirements:

  • BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (MS preferred).
  • 5โ€“10 yearsโ€™ experience in electrical design, preferably in medical devices.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB design, VAVE, verification & validation.
  • Familiarity with IEC standards, ISO 13485, FDA regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
