Description
  • Assist in performing electrical installations and service calls for both residential and commercial projects under the guidance of experienced Electricians, aiming to learn and apply electrical techniques and principles.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive relationships with customers, supporting senior team members before, during, and after projects to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Help keep the assigned truck, tools, and equipment in top condition, learning the importance of organization, maintenance, and functionality.
  • Participate in ongoing communication with the team, including, when necessary, the coordinator, dispatcher, managers, and experienced electricians to ensure smooth project execution and to enhance your learning experience.
  • Aid the team in managing and documenting inventory usage on projects, and assist in keeping accurate records of all work performed, including photographic and video documentation, with the oversight of more seasoned team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, helping to uphold the company's reputation for respectfulness and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Engage eagerly in all training sessions, both technical and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a strong desire to learn and advance within the electrical field.

Requirements
  • A strong desire to learn and pursue a career in electrical, with an interest in both residential and commercial systems.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and a willingness to acquire the necessary tools required for the trade as you progress.
  • Good organizational, communication, and observational skills, aiming to learn from experienced professionals.

  • Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record.
