An electrical designer also creates plans for constructing high voltage systems, such as equipment for extending transmission lines or connecting a power control panel.

What does an Electrical Designer do?

An Electrical Designer creates detailed electrical systems and layouts for buildings, machinery, or products. They prepare technical drawings and specifications, select appropriate materials, and ensure designs comply with safety codes and industry standards. Electrical Designers often collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals throughout the design and construction process. Their work helps ensure electrical systems are efficient, reliable, and safe.
