Job description


Join our team as a member of the General Maintenance team on First Shift. Plant One Maintenance is responsible for providing basic grounds keeping, custodial duties, and set-up/teardown activities. This position assists with other activities when needed. The role is also responsible for intermediate level mechanical, electrical, HVAC and auto maintenance duties. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all expected position quality levels are met.
Responsibilities
  • Performs intermediate electrical maintenance duties such as install receptacles, run wires to panel box, etc.
  • Performs intermediate mechanical maintenance duties such as repair air conditioners, pump motors, wiring, etc.
  • Set-ups, tears down and cleans for special WI activities including the company picnic, shareholders meeting, Muirfield, Huntington Park, Double Eagle, etc.
  • Performs grounds keeping for all WI locations, including grass cutting, mulching, snow removal, salt sidewalks, gutter repair and unclogging, basic roof repair, painting, upkeep of flower beds, sprinkler system etc.
  • Installs, sets-up, tears down cubicles, desks, and other office items.
  • Performs intermediate plumbing duties including replacing toilets, sinks, drinking fountains, etc.
  • Performs intermediate HVAC duties, such as repair work on compressors and controllers.
  • Performs intermediate auto maintenance including mowers, replacing starters and generators.
  • Performs occasional janitorial duties including sweep, mop, vacuum, clean, wax WI locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
