Role, Function & Organization:
Manage and procure small projects of a highly technical nature. Direct the efficient installation of contractual obligations. Recognize and grow with key customers; sell, estimate, and manage safety & production in these ongoing relationships on a turnkey basis. Work closely with other department supervisors/managers to assure customer and employee satisfaction and accurate manpower planning.

ยง Satisfy our customers to provide for repeat sales and favorable recommendations.
ยง Survey all customers quarterly and at least one time at completion on quickly completed projects.

  • Promote and encourage open communication between the field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school education, G.E.D., or other equivalent levels of education required.
  • Florida Electrical License preferred but not required
  • 2-4 years service experience or technical background in related field.
  • Some exposure to construction required, and 2 years field training preferred.
