What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll help keep our production equipment and facility operating at peak performance by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs that minimize downtime and support manufacturing success.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and building maintenance issues to restore equipment quickly and safely.
  • Complete repairs involving electrical systems, piping, welding, machining, carpentry, painting, sheet metal, and general facility maintenance.
  • Install and maintain production equipment, compressed air systems, water lines, and other building infrastructure.
  • Perform equipment inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and scheduled maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Fabricate or modify repair parts using machining and welding equipment when needed.
  • Identify equipment concerns and communicate maintenance priorities to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Keep maintenance areas, equipment, and tools organized and operating safely.
  • Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and maintenance best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm EST

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.
  • Intermediate MIG welding and basic machining experience.
  • Ability to safely use a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and Vernier measuring instruments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must have your own basic maintenance tools.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation as business needs require.
