Electrical Superintendent – Multifamily – Lead Large-Scale Multifamily Electrical Installations

Job Overview

The Opportunity As an Electrical Superintendent – Multifamily, you will serve as the primary field leader responsible for the high-level execution of complex multifamily electrical systems. You will bridge the gap between project planning and onsite excellence, ensuring that every installation meets the rigorous standards of S T Quality Electric Inc. This role empowers you to drive project efficiency while fostering a workplace culture focused on professional development and career advancement.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Enforce strict safety protocols and PPE requirements to ensure the well-being of all installers and maintain compliant working conditions.

  • Monitor daily productivity and installation quality to ensure all electrical and low-voltage systems align with project specifications.

  • Manage material budgets and onsite inventory to prevent loss or theft while maintaining organized lay-down areas and storage.

  • Execute comprehensive quality control checks in preparation for official inspections and final customer turnover.

  • Coordinate with other subcontractors to ensure work sequences do not conflict and document any affected work for office review.

  • Maintain company tools and equipment by tracking usage, ensuring proper maintenance, and securing all assets at the end of each shift.

  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear documentation on progress, logistical hurdles, and budget-relevant occurrences.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project supervision or high-level field leadership.

  • Extensive background in managing large-scale Multifamily electrical projects from rough-in to completion.

  • Proven ability to interpret complex project documents, blueprints, and industry regulations.

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on material management and labor productivity.
