Job description

Bellows Heating Plumbing Cooling & Electrical is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to generate leads for HVAC, generators, and water treatment services within one or more of our designated Costco locations. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn a competitive income in a friendly retail environment.
Compensation: $20 - $22 (DOE) Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time

Spiff: $50 per sold lead (see policy for details)

Benefits: Full time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w/ match per company requirements and contributions.
This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position
Job duties will include:

Engage with potential customers to help them create comfortable, efficient homes.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer support.

Work independently while remaining in full compliance with vendor's rules and regulations.

Availability for select weekends and staffing in-warehouse events is mandatory.

Training will be provided
Job Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in lead generation or product demonstrations is highly preferred.

Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.

Successful completion of background check
