This part time position requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends. 2 years experience in both maintenance and landscaping required.IMPORTANT: This is not a traditional building maintenance position. Approximately 70 to 80% of the role is dedicated to maintaining the hotel's extensive gardens, landscaping, irrigation systems, and overall exterior appearance, with the remaining time focused on general hotel maintenance and repairs. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including summer heat, and be capable of performing physically demanding work such as lifting, bending, walking uneven terrain, pruning, weeding, and operating landscaping equipment. Experience with safe work practices and the proper use of personal protective equipment is expected. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining beautiful grounds. Responsible for overseeing building operations and services and maintaining the appearance of the building(s), grounds, and equipment. Responsible for repairs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
