Lade Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Associate to join our Lawrenceville, GA team.

This is more than a traditional counter sales role. As one of the branch's key holders, you'll open the facility each morning, serve professional electrical contractors, and help drive branch success through exceptional customer service, sales support, and warehouse operations. We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated team member who enjoys building customer relationships and taking ownership of every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key holder by opening the branch each business day and ensuring the facility is safe, clean, fully operational, and ready to serve customers by 6:00 a.m.
  • Exercise sound judgment while working independently during opening hours and demonstrate exceptional reliability and punctuality.
  • Serve walk-in, phone, and email customers with knowledgeable, responsive, and professional service.
  • Build long-term relationships with electrical contractors and other customers through trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Prepare quotations, enter sales orders, process returns, and coordinate inventory transfers.
  • Take ownership of customer requests from start to finish, working with purchasing, warehouse personnel, vendors, and teammates to deliver the best possible outcome.
  • Proactively communicate order status, resolve issues, and recommend products and complementary solutions that help customers complete their projects successfully.
  • Support branch sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
  • Prepare will-call orders and assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, transferring inventory, and supporting warehouse operations, including the safe operation of equipment in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated customer service or sales experience required.
  • Ability to work an early morning schedule and serve as the branch opening key holder.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn business software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Experience serving professional contractors in electrical distribution strongly preferred.
  • Counter sales or inside sales experience in a wholesale distribution environment preferred.
  • Electrical product knowledge preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, industrial, building materials, fasteners, or other contractor-focused wholesale distribution are encouraged to apply.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
