Responsibilities
  • Participate in subcontractor project orientation meetings, project team meetings, and GC sub meetings
  • Develop submittal logs
  • Communicate and coordinate submittals and coordination drawings with subcontractors and Project Superintendent
  • Review and process all submittal data and shop drawings to ensure project schedules are expedited and materials are delivered on time
  • Sustain productive customer relationships while meeting the company's needs
  • Support Project Manager in pricing and selling of change orders
  • Analytical thinker who can identify problems as well as potential solutions
  • Demonstrated willingness to offer ideas, opinions, and feedback
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively throughout the organization and with our suppliers/partners
  • Ability to lead through influence to drive change and deliver positive outcomes
Qualifications
  • Strong math and problem solving skills are required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office platform including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bluebeam software proficiency preferred
  • Willing to travel to project jobsites throughout the country, if needed
  • B.S. degree in Construction Science, Management, Engineering, or other related experience preferred
  • One year of relevant construction related experience. Previous construction internship preferred
