This role focuses on the repair, testing, refurbishment, and maintenance of industrial circuit breakers and electrical distribution equipment. Key Responsibilities
• Clean, inspect, disassemble, troubleshoot, and reassemble circuit breakers and electrical components
• Assist with the testing, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment
• Perform basic wiring, assembly, and component installation tasks
• Cut wire to specifications and fasten terminal connections as required
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, wire lists, and blueprints to complete repairs and assemblies
• Utilize hand tools and power tools including wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and other common shop equipment
• Use electrical testing equipment and accurately record testing results through written and computer-based documentation
• Remove, inspect, clean, and recondition electrical components including motors, relays, coils, and auxiliary switches
• Verify proper operation of electrical components prior to reinstallation
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in proper working condition
• Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or pallet jacks when needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Support onsite and emergency service projects when required
• Participate in continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
What We Are Looking For
• Individuals eager to learn new technical skills and grow their careers
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with electrical equipment
• Experience in automotive repair, industrial maintenance, HVAC, construction, manufacturing, assembly, military, or related trades is a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, or troubleshooting is helpful but not required
• Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Experienced technicians are also encouraged to apply
Knowledge and Skills
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems preferred
• Ability to use common hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read diagrams, drawings, blueprints, or technical instructions is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Bonus
The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $27.00-$31.50 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Schedule
This full-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
Work Environment
This position operates in a production, warehouse, and repair environment. Employees work with industrial electrical equipment, testing devices, hand tools, and power tools. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, performing hands-on work, and learning new technical skills in a collaborative team environment.
