What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

In the field of electric mobility, roles such as electric vehicle (EV) charging station installer or technician can potentially earn around $10,000 a month with experience and specialized skills. These jobs often require technical knowledge, certifications, and hands-on work but do not necessarily require a college degree. High-demand skills in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety protocols are essential for earning this level of income.

What is electric mobility?

Electric mobility, often referred to as e-mobility, encompasses all vehicles that are powered by electricity rather than traditional fuels. This includes electric cars, buses, bikes, scooters, and other forms of transport that use electric power for propulsion. The goal of electric mobility is to reduce emissions, lower transportation costs, and promote more sustainable urban environments. As technology advances, e-mobility is becoming more accessible and is a significant part of the shift toward greener transportation solutions.

What is the highest paid electrical job?

In the field of electric mobility, senior electrical engineers, project managers, and specialized roles such as electrical design engineers tend to have the highest salaries. These positions often require advanced technical skills, certifications, and experience in electric vehicle systems or renewable energy integration.

What is the difference between Electric Mobility vs Electric Vehicle Technician?

AspectElectric MobilityElectric Vehicle Technician
CredentialsRelevant certifications in electric systems, mobility solutionsASE or manufacturer-specific EV certifications
Work EnvironmentDesign, development, and planning of electric mobility solutionsRepair, maintenance, and diagnostics of electric vehicles
Industry UsageTransportation planning, urban mobility projectsAuto repair shops, dealerships, service centers
