Job Overview

Barden Electric Inc. is hiring Electrical Foremen to join our Field Operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role for experienced electricians who are comfortable running work while remaining actively involved in the field. As a working foreman, you’ll be responsible for executing high-quality electrical installations while overseeing crews on commercial and industrial projects. Ideal candidates will bring a strong command of electrical systems, supervisory experience, and a "lead by example" mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a working foreman—lead by example while staying active in the field.

  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute accurate installations.

  • Support cross-training initiatives, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to help develop and shape the next generation of team members.

  • Leverage strong technical skills to manage documentation, reporting, and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

  • Accurately manage timecards and cost codes to ensure proper labor tracking, job costing, and payroll alignment.

  • Efficiently manage materials, tools, and jobsite organization.

  • Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.

  • Maintain strong communication with customers, general contractors, and office personnel.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly and effectively.

  • Uphold all company safety standards and participate in safety meetings.

Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience running work as an electrical foreman.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Active Journeyman Electrician License preferred.

  • OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications a plus.

  • Strong understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systems.

  • Ability to lead teams while remaining actively engaged in physical work.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Reliable, organized, and committed to producing top-quality work.

  • Experience working in hospital environments with familiarity in inspections and compliance requirements from governing and regulatory bodies overseeing hospitals.

  • OSHPD/HCAi experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong general skills in the Electrical field are encouraged to apply, as training can be provided as needed.
