We are looking for the best-in-class Customer Service Election Specialist for the Voter Services Department.
Overall job duties/responsibilities:
In this role, we are wanting each Customer Service Election Specialist to build an experience that is memorable and unique for each voter...assist voters with updating their contact information, guiding voters to the appropriate voting precinct, providing general assistance via telephone.
We are seeking individuals with strong data entry, communication, and customer service skills that also possess strong written/verbal communication skills that have a desire/ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a smile are essential to the position.
We are looking to have You start next week on March 12...this is a full-time/40-hour a week position that will support the following:
-Municipal Elections (March 10)
-HD87 Special General Election (March 24)
-National Primary Election (August 18)
-National General Election (November 3)
