Job description

Stock Program Manager (42833)

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Stock Program Manager. Our client is looking for someone with strong program management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a process improvement mindset. This individual will serve as the primary resource for employees participating in the company's privately held stock program while driving operational excellence and leveraging technology to enhance the shareholder experience.


The salary range for this position is $110k–130k + profit sharing.


The Stock Program Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the company's privately held stock program.
  • Coordinate and manage the semi-annual stock market periods, ensuring the successful execution of employee stock purchase and sale transactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee shareholders.
  • Assist employees with stock elections, option exercises, stock awards, and other equity-related activities while delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Partner with business leaders and Human Resources to administer employee stock awards and support equity compensation decisions.
  • Prepare reports, analyze shareholder election data, and ensure accurate processing of stock transactions and related documentation.
  • Manage ongoing inquiries, resolve complex issues, and communicate stock program updates to employees and leadership.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve stock program processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the stock program operates efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives related to the company's equity program.


The Stock Program Manager will possess the following:


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, equity administration, financial services, employee benefits, compensation, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, approachable manner.
  • Experience managing programs or processes involving confidential information and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports, interpreting data, and making informed recommendations.
  • Demonstrated process improvement mindset with a passion for increasing operational efficiency.
  • Interest in utilizing AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows and business processes.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with reporting tools and business systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
