- Create interactive content using authoring systems and software applications, applying instructional design principles
- Collaborate with team members, subject-matter experts and business leaders to develop, implement and evolve learning experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality, personalization and discoverability of learning materials
- Develop working knowledge of Gartner’s business, especially client-facing roles
- Draw on subject-matter expertise for content development
- Oversee activities while adhering to project scope, timelines, budget and priorities
- Ensure instructional content meets quality standards and supports learning outcomes
- Report to the Manager, Learning and Development
- 3-5 years of learning experience with an emphasis in instructional design, in a corporate environment preferred
- Proven experience designing and managing blended learning experiences and working within the full instructional design cycle: analysis, design, development, implementation and delivery
- Experience designing learning for client-facing or revenue-generating roles preferred
- Experience with learning technology platforms such as LMS and AI-enabled tools
- Exceptional writing, design and editing skills
