Receptionist

Pay Rate: $24/HR Hours: M-F 8-5 Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Not remote Location: 609 Main Street, Houston Assignment Duration: 2 months Possible for extension? Yes, TBD

Day to Day Tasks:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Front desk coverage
  • Managing room reservations
  • Ordering catering
  • Room setup coordination
  • Restocking pantry supplies
  • Managing inventory and stocking of supplies
  • Guest access coordination
  • Escorting guests to conference rooms
  • Other administrative support as needed

Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Receptionist role

Education: HS/GED

Interview Process: 1 virtual and/or in-person
