BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in Houston, TX . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and brings a positive, dependable work ethic to the team.
Position Details· Role: Groundskeeper
· Pay: $16-17/hr
· Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5

Responsibilities· Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas
· Remove trash and debris from the property
· Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep
· Help with power washing of walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed
· Support the maintenance team with basic tasks
· Prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning
· Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and inviting for residents and visitors
Requirements· Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
· Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
· Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team
