Responsibilities:
Safety Communications & Employee Engagement
  • Create and maintain Start of Shift (SOS) presentations and safety communications.

  • Assist with preparation of safety campaigns, awareness events, and training materials.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives related to safety and environmental programs.

Safety Inspections & Audits
  • Conduct routine safety inspections throughout facility

  • Perform documented inspections of emergency equipment, exits, eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, and other safety-related items as assigned.

  • Identify hazards and document corrective actions.

  • Follow up on open safety observations and corrective action items.

  • Support internal EHS audits and compliance assessments.

Environmental Program Support
  • Conduct environmental inspections and compliance checks.

  • Assist with waste management activities, recycling programs, and sustainability initiatives.

  • Support environmental data collection and recordkeeping requirements.

  • Report environmental concerns and assist in corrective actions.

Facilities Support
  • Support coordination of facility maintenance activities and contractor work.

  • Participate in facility improvement projects

Project Support
  • Assist with EHS and Facilities improvement projects from planning through execution.

  • Track project timelines, action items, and completion status.

  • Support implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
