Summary
The EHS Specialist supports the Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Planning function at Glovis America by maintaining, enhancing, and standardizing corporate EHS programs, systems, and performance reporting processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. The Analyst will focus on data analytics, KRP tracking, and system oversight, while collaborating closely with EHS Operations, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive compliance, consistency, and ESG data collection across all locations.
Responsibilities
  • EHS Planning and Governance
    • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate EHS programs and initiatives
    • Track and maintain database of injury, incident and vehicle damage reports, & GHG data from various sites
    • Assist in advancing corporate EHS objectives, KPI reports, and data submission processes
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems)
    • Collect the utility date for Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emission and ESG reporting
    • Maintain EHS documentation, registers, and controlled records in accordance with document control per department policy
    • Support in submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual GHG/ESG and incident data
    • Collect, validate, and analyze EHS performance data and key metrics
  • Cross-functional Support
    • Collaborate with EHS Operations, Human Resources, Risk Management, and site leadership to support various ESG and KPI enterprise-wide reports
    • Assist in the development and updating of EHS training materials and awareness programs
    • Track training completion, certifications, and competency records
    • Support internal EHS communications, including bulletins, presentations, and planning updates

Compensation Range
$52,000 - $56,000 annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience
