Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Hospital Inpatient EHR systems. The candidate will work with healthcare teams to understand requirements, improve workflows, and support EHR implementation and enhancement projects.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business and clinical requirements.
  • Work with doctors, nurses, clinical staff, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Analyze inpatient hospital workflows and identify improvements.
  • Support EHR implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements.
  • Create business requirements, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Work with technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Support testing, UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze patient, clinical, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare/Healthcare IT.
  • Strong understanding of Hospital Inpatient workflows.
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows such as admission, discharge, medication, orders, nursing, and patient documentation.
