Educational Assistant - Early Learners (Full-Time)

Oxford Learning Stouffville is currently looking to hire a full-time educational assistant. If you are passionate about early learning, organized, enthusiastic, outgoing, and positive and want to work in an environment that is filled with a lot of energy, Oxford Learning Stouffville has a position for you.

Position Requirements / Responsibilities:

You will be working with children from 18 months to 6 years of age. This job can be physically demanding. Position requirements include toileting, diapering, feeding, lifting, kitchen duties, and break coverage. Duties and responsibilities will be further discussed in the interview.

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online position. No relocation package is offered. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Certified Education Assistant

Experience:

  • Must have current or recent experience working in a licensed childcare setting
  • Excellent communication skills are required, as this is an academic childcare centre.

Salary: $20.10 / hour

Schedule:

  • Afternoons
  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday mornings
