The Opportunity

The Learning Media Production Specialist is responsible for producing and delivering high-quality digital learning experiences across CeriFi's continuing education brands. This role supports live webinar broadcasts, edits and prepares recorded content for on-demand learning, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure engaging, technically sound, and compliant educational media. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges while creating polished learning experiences for learners.


What You'll Own

Media Production

  • Edit recordings of live webinars for on-demand and alternate learning formats.
  • Produce high-quality educational video content using professional editing techniques, audio enhancement, captions, graphics, and other multimedia elements as needed.
  • Format and enhance PowerPoint presentations and other visual learning assets.
  • Maintain digital media assets and ensure accurate publishing across learning platforms.
  • Manage multiple production priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Webinar Production

  • Configure and manage webcasting platforms for live continuing education events.
  • Facilitate live webinars across multiple product lines, ensuring a seamless experience for presenters and learners.
  • Provide real-time technical support to presenters and attendees during live events.


Technical Operations

  • Troubleshoot webcast platform, audio, and video issues before and during live events.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve media delivery, production workflows, and the learner experience.
  • Escalate technical issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.


Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, efficiency, and the learner experience through new technologies and AI-enabled tools.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.?
Requirements:

What You'll Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience supporting webinars, video production, digital media, or online learning environments.
  • Experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with webinar platforms such as ON24, Zoom Webinar, Webex, Adobe Connect, Kaltura, or similar technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and other productivity tools.
  • Solid time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to work well under pressure, and exercise discretion and independent judgment in a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of attention to detail.


Preferred

  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve media production, editing, or workflow efficiency.
  • Experience supporting continued education, professional training, or virtual learning environments.
