• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify emotional, behavioral, and social challenges, adapting your approach to each individual's needs.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused therapies to effectively address issues like trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to provide therapeutic support and monitor student progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans, complying with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of educators and mental health professionals to promote a cohesive support system for students.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and staying updated with current research and best practices in clinical social work.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges. These may include emotional distress, behavioral issues, and trauma-related symptoms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring these young individuals receive the necessary tools and resources to overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license within the state of Georgia is required to practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach in identifying and addressing client needs.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment with colleagues.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Previous experience in a remote setting and proficiency with telehealth platforms and technology.
