Role Summary A dynamic, service-driven General Sales Manager (GSM) for our branch office location. The GSM will be responsible for overall management of all aspects of the branch location, including sales and customer service. A primary responsibility of this role will be to drive sales and positively impact branch revenue performance.The right fit for this role will enjoy "rolling up their sleeves" and jumping in to help as well as staying engaged in every aspect of branch Sale's. Experience driving business growth, as well as managing sales teams and Independent Contractors is a key aspect of this role. Skills and experience effectively leading, building rapport, motivating others, and managing team are imperative to candidate success.Ideal candidates must be able to effectively articulate sales strategy as well as plan and conduct motivational and educational meetings and training classes to groups and one-on-one.
