What does an educational project manager do?

An Educational Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects within educational institutions or organizations. Their responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing budgets, setting timelines, and ensuring projects meet educational goals and standards. They may work on curriculum development, training programs, technology integration, or school improvement initiatives. Effective communication and leadership skills are crucial as they often collaborate with educators, administrators, and stakeholders.
