Job description

A hospital in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Director of Clinical Education and Experiential Learning to lead nursing education initiatives at the facility level.

The role. The Director of Clinical Education and Experiential Learning is responsible for overseeing clinical teaching programs and experiential learning opportunities for nursing staff. This leadership role involves developing and administering educational curricula, supporting clinical staff development, and ensuring alignment between educational programming and clinical practice standards.

What we're looking for.

  • Master's Degree in Nursing required
  • Active Texas RN license required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience, including clinical teaching and/or administrative/leadership experience

Compensation. $55,000 - $82,000 per year.
