Job Summary

In this job, you'll work closely with vendors to align services with key strategies. You'll supervise agreements and performance. Build exceptional relationships with key stakeholders like team members and senior management.

Essential Functions of the Role
  • You will manage projects in different areas, like program changes, education efforts, operations, and vendor transition for efficient operations.
  • Merging partnerships and finding cost-effective solutions for program delivery.
  • Consulting with all levels of the organization regarding business and employee needs.
Key Success Factors
  • Resilience in managing several tasks simultaneously and adaptability in responding to time pressures.
  • Proficiency in understanding, enhancing, and documenting complex procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written formats.
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions includes using software, entering data, and protecting information security. Documenting medical records, scanning devices, and emailing.
