Job Title: Analyst Program Finance

Job Location: Mirabel, QC

Job Schedule: Day Shift

Compensation Range: Between $70,000 - $120,000 CDN annually

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of your program.

Essential Functions:

  • Deploy working methods to predict futur costs and revenus of a complex program;
  • Analyze monthly financial performance of a complex program and present results to high management and corporate entities;
  • Provide monthly and annual reporting to management;
  • Work in collaboration with program management with the objective to improve programme performance.
  • Communicate with function leaders to influence their decisions;
  • Play an important role in the invoicing process to customer;
  • Bring important improvements to processes and working tools;
  • Train and coach junior employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration - Accounting profile, or Any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Accounting Title (CPA)
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with SAP (an asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
  • Attention to detail, teamwork, analytical skills, and business acumen are sought-after competencies
  • Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment requiring accountability and autonomy
  • Bilingual French and English (written and spoken)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance;
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
