Job description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Program Therapist to join our Area of Adolescent Transitional Living Center team located at the Aalhakoffichi' Adolescent Transitional Living Facility working 8 a.m to 5 p.m.
Summary:
Provides therapeutic services to families, couples and individuals.
Responsibilities:
* Provides family, couple, individual and group therapies as needed
* Implements empirically validated measurements into therapeutic practice to assess for client progress in therapy and to measure overall therapeutic effectiveness with clients
* Collaborates with other professionals to ensure for appropriate care of clients
* Leads family education classes, such as relationship enhancement training
* Assists in ongoing initiatives to build and maintain referrals for services
* Utilizes an electronic health record keeping system to complete progress notes, treatment plans and other therapy-related materials to document appropriate legal and ethical standards of therapeutic services are upheld
* Interfaces with other Department of Family Services programs and other non-tribal entities to effectively deliver services to clients
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
