The incumbent will perform a combination of routine, multiple, and varying assignments under the limited direction of the Field Office and Frontline Management Team.

FV-0344-E

The incumbent will perform basic and routine assignments in support of a professional occupation under the direction of the Office Manager and Front Line Management team.


Qualifications:

FV-0344-F

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-E, FG/GS-7/8. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in, or related to, the position to be filled.

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-D, FG/GS-3/6. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in, or related to, the position to be filled.

Specialized experience at the next lower level, FV-D:

Experience using various office automation software systems to create letters/memos, reports, spreadsheets;

AND

Experience in performing a wide variety of administrative functions to include records keeping, travel administration, time and attendance management, organizing and managing files and records, scheduling meetings, and other administrative functions in support of an office.

Promotion Potential: If selection is made at the FV-E level, selectee may be promoted to the FV-F without further competition upon recommendation by the supervisor.
