Summary:

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our

operational processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production,

supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous

improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent

leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing operational strategies to

achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage all aspects of our operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and

quality assurance, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the organization.

 Full ownership of 1 or more Value Streams.

 Develop and implement operational strategies, goals, and initiatives aligned with the overall

business objectives.

 Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and

optimize resource allocation.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized operating

procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and quality throughout all operations.

 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance,

identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

 Lead and inspire a team of operations professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and

development opportunities to foster a high-performance culture.

 Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements in all

operational processes.

 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to manage

relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive operational excellence throughout the supply
